OHSMED follows the guidelines provided by Worksafe that strongly recommend that companies have a hearing conservation program for those employees exposed to noise. It is recommended to monitor the hearing of all employees exposed to noise levels above 85dB.
At OHSMED your employees' hearing tests are conducted by a qualified Occupational Health Nurse using specialised and calibrated equipment. The test duration is 10-15 minutes and is followed by a full report and recommendations.
