Pre Employment Medical Examinations
A pre-employment medical examination forms part of the pre-employment process.
Pre Employment Medicals are important to assess whether the prospective employee is physically able to meet the requirements of the role they applied for. Employee Medicals also provide a "baseline" for the employee and employer to understand and manage any pre existing medical conditions.
